1. All items are sold by Chillax Ice Station unless stated otherwise, please read product information to know who you are purchasing the product / service from.
2 (26/1/21). All items are packed / shipped in accordance with the rules and regulations of respective couriers.
3. Please read product information to fully understand expected delivery date. All orders are processed within the stipulated time. We are unable to cope with URGENT / RUSH ORDERS.
4. For items sold by vendors please read product information in full before proceeding with your order. Chillax Ice Station bears no responsibility for orders placed incorrectly.
5. Once confirmed, orders WILL NOT be refunded. In the event an item is damaged during transportation / delivery / courier, upon review you may receive a replacement or cash vouchers for the store / specific vendor.
6 (15/10/22). Once confirmed, DIGITAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If you have placed a double booking or changed your mind, you may choose a different digital product.
6. Any report of discrepancy / damage must be reported to [email protected] within THREE working days of receipt. All damaged items must be accompanied with photos.
7. Chillax Ice Station and its vendors bear no responsibility for INCORRECT ADDRESS, WRONG NAMES OR PERSON UNAVAILABLE WHEN ITEM IS SENT. Failed deliveries because of these reasons are non-refundable. Any cost of re-sending / re-packing will be paid by the customer.
